Chhattisgarh Colleges and Schools Closed on January 22; See Detailed Information Here

In honour of the consecration ceremony of the new idol at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024, the Chhattisgarh state government has declared the day off for schools and colleges inside the state.

The state governments of Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh have both declared January 22, 2024, to be a holiday. In honor of the new idol’s dedication ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, a vacation has been declared for all state-run schools and universities.

The state chief minister announced the announcement on social media. The notification states that January 22, 2024, has been set aside as a holiday for all Chhattisgarh colleges and schools, both government and private.

Holiday Announced in Goa and Uttar Pradesh On January 22, 2024, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has declared the day off for all state schools. In addition to declaring it a national holiday, the state chief minister also said that liquor stores would be closed on January 22, 2024, and that cities would launch a special cleanliness drive from January 14 to January 22, 2024.

A holiday for state employees and schools has also been declared by the Goa state government in light of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple’s consecration in Ayodhya.
