The Kalgidhar Trust opened Himachal Pradesh’s first IB-approved residential school in 2013 at its headquarters in Baru Sahib, District Sirmaur.

Akal Academy is proud of its own “IB Advantage,” a 21st-century method that cultivates global thinkers in students. A well-known educational curriculum for pupils in Nursery through Grade V is the IB-PYP.

The IB offers demanding curriculums taught by teachers with specialised training, and through inquiry-based learning and practical experience, educates students to be devoted, imaginative, and compassionate global citizens.
